Dr. Tina is a faculty member in Marketing and the Chairperson of Executive Education & Consultancy at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. She has completed Executive Education in Digital and Social Media Marketing Strategy from IIM Calcutta. Additionally, she is a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach from the NLP Academy, accredited by the American Board of NLP.

Dr. Tina began her career as a banker with ICICI Bank and has extensive banking experience with both ICICI and Citi Group. She excels in team management and motivation. She has conducted training sessions for organizations such as IOCL, BPCL, AU Small Finance Bank, Canara Bank, Aavas Finance Ltd., the Royal Government of Bhutan, Niti Aayog, and V Bazaar.
