About the Programme

This is a 2 Day Management Development Programme that aims to enable the participants to acquire a holistic understanding of the legal and ethical dimensions of discipline management, develop practical skills in vigilance administration, and foster a workplace culture that seamlessly integrates discipline with integrity.

At the heart of this programme is the fusion of theory and real-world application. We go beyond conventional learning, providing a space for participants to not only understand the strategic frameworks of discipline management but also to practically apply them through hands-on experiences. 

OBJECTIVES

  • Create a Productive work environment through effective and proactive management of disciplinary issues
  • Understand the entire process of Disciplinary Action and Conducting Departmental Inquiries and the Role and functions of the Inquiry Officer, Presenting Officer, and Defence Assistant
  • Appreciate the documentation required at various stages of the disciplinary process and enhance skills in drafting Disciplinary papers
  • Enhance awareness of important provisions of the ID Act, IPC, PCA, and POSH Act
  • Comprehend the Role of CVC and Vigilance Administration in the organization, the importance of preventive vigilance, Duties and Responsibilities of Vigilance officers, dealing with cases involving Vigilance angle, etc.
  • Provide a forum for interacting on issues, problems, and cases related to discipline management and sharing best practices and learnings from different organizations/companies
