Dr. Alka Mittal is Member (Administration), Capacity Building Commission, and former CMD & Director (HR) of ONGC. She was the first woman to head ONGC and its first woman Functional Director (HR). She also chaired ONGC group companies like ONGC Videsh, MRPL, OPAL, and OTPC. With 37+ years of experience, she specializes in leadership and governance, and has received several global recognitions and awards.
